We cut these from 3/8" cold rolled plate on a CNC controlled milling machine. I did not include hole sizes because they will be self apparent.
The rotor I used was a Lincoln rear and is laid over the bracket to show the hole pattern for the rotor and the relationship. Out side radiuses are not critical. In fact, the only critical part is the area where the caliper rides.
