Bob has purchased the jigs and fixtures for the famous Birch Screen Door from Alex Birch and will soon be producing this very popular door.

Parts are available for your current Birch door.

The vinyl trim for the door opening is available in kit form for $35 + S & H. Shipping cost is based on a minimum weight of 30# due to the length of the hinge-side trim. If I split that piece it drops to less than half. The dedicated container (PVC pipe) adds another $7 to the total.

Screen Sliders for your Birch Screen Door - $45.00  plus shipping
These sliders are very attractive and increase the ventilation through the door.

Simply drill out the 3 1/8" pop rivits and replace the aluminum panels with the screens.

Stake the extrusion with new 1/8" x 1/8" grip pop rivits

Draw the rivits tight.   That's all there is to it!
